On 11 -13 March 2010 in the adjacent area Kulonprogo, 17-19 March 2010 the area of Gunung Kidul (Yogyakarta province) and December 25 to 27 March 2010 in the region Boyolali (Central Java Province), held simultaneously organizing training, leadership and advocacy by lesman with groups of farmers from the three regions adjacent district. This event focuses on improving the ability and skills of new cadres within the target farmer groups, hoping to bring a new generation genarasi to organize groups in its territory.

With the emergence of peasant cadres will further strengthen farmer organizations in developing group, collaboration between members in groups and establish cooperation between groups. The emergence of innovations and new ideas from these cadres are needed to improve organizational work groups of farmers to organic agriculture movement.
